探讨洛铂联合雷替曲塞肝动脉灌注化疗( HAIC )治疗中晚期肝癌的临床疗效。 方法
按随机数字
表法,将 2021 年 10 月至 2023 年 10 月于医院治疗的 100 例中晚期肝癌患者分为对照组和观察组各 50 例。 对照组
采用表柔比星联合洛铂经动脉化疗栓塞术( TACE )治疗,观察组采用洛铂联合雷替曲塞 HAIC 治疗。 比较两组临床
疗效、免疫功能、炎症介质、肿瘤标志 物 、生 活 质 量 与 健 康 状 态 、不 良 反 应 发 生 情 况 。 结 果

细胞介素 -2 水平高于对照组,白细胞介素 -6 、白细胞介素 -10 水平均低于对照组( P<0.05 );观察组治疗后甲胎蛋白
( AFP )、癌胚抗原( CEA )及糖类抗 原 125 ( CA125 )水 平 均 低 于 对 照 组 ( P<0.05 );观 察 组 治 疗 后 生 活 质 量 与 健 康 状 态
评分高于对照组,肝功能损害发生率低于对照组( P<0.05 );两组胃肠道反应、发热、白细胞下降、手足综合征、皮疹发
生率比较,差异无统计学意义( P>0.05 )。 结论
洛铂联合雷替曲塞 HAIC 治疗中晚期肝癌可增强抗肿瘤效果,降低
AFP 、 CEA 及 CA125 水平,改善患者免疫功能与机体健康状态,提高患者生活质量,减少肝损害发生。 |

| Abstract:Objective
To% explore% the% clinical% efficacy% of% combination% therapy% with% hepatic% arterial% infusion%
chemotherapy% (HAIC)%of%lobaplatin%and%raltitrexed%in%the%treatment%of%advanced%liver%cancer.%Methods
Using%a%random%
number% table% method,% 100% patients% with% advanced% liver% cancer% who% were% treated% in% our% hospital% from% October% 2021% to%
October%2023%were%divided%into%a%control%group%and%an%observation%group,%with%50%cases%in%each%group.%The%control%group%
was% treated% with% combination% therapy% of% epirubicin% and% lobaplatin% via% arterial% chemoembolization% (TACE),% while% the%
observation%group%was%treated%with%combination%therapy%of%lobaplatin%and%raltitrexed%HAIC.%Compare%the%clinical%efficacy,%
immune%function,%inflammatory%mediators,%tumor%markers,%quality%of%life,%health%status,%and%incidence%of%adverse%reactions%
between%two%groups.%Result
The%disease%control%rate% (DCR)%of%the%observation%group%was%higher%than%that%of%the%control%
group,%and%after%treatment,%CD3 + ,%CD4 + ,%and%CD4 + /CD8 + %were%higher%than%those%of%the%control%group,%while%CD8 + %was%lower%
than%that%of%the%control%group%(P<0.05).%There%was%no%statistically%significant%difference%in%the%incidence%of%gastrointestinal%
reactions,%fever,%decreased%white%blood%cells,%hand%foot%syndrome,%and%rash%between%the%two%groups%( P >0.05).%Conclusion
The% combination% of% lobaplatin% and% raltitrexed% HAIC% in% the% treatment% of% advanced% liver% cancer% can% enhance% anti-tumor%
effects,%reduce%AFP,%CEA,%and%CA125%levels,%improve%patient%immune%function%and%physical%health%status,%improve%patient%
quality%of%life,%and%reduce%the%incidence%of%liver%damage. |
