目的:探讨在新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的护理中实施强化心理健康教育的意义。方法:采取回顾性分析方法,研究对象为2020年2月15日~3月31日收治的新型冠状病毒肺炎患者120例,根据护理方法不同分为对照组和研究组,每组60例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上增加强化心理健康教育,对比两组护理效果。结果:研究组干预后的健康问卷抑郁量表评分、焦虑评分低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者的Herth评分、各项护理依从性、总护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:新型冠状病毒肺炎患者经强化心理健康教育干预,可有效改善其不良情绪,提高治疗依从性。 |

Objective: To explore the significance of strengthening mental health education on the nursing of novel coronavirus pneumonia patients. Methods: Adopted the methods of retrospective analysis, from February 15 to March 31, 2020, 120 novel coronavirus pneumonia patients were admitted, they were divided into control group and study group according to different nursing methods, with 60 cases in each group. The control group given routine nursing, while the study group given strengthening mental health education on the basis of routine nursing, and compared the nursing effect of the two groups. Results: After intervention, the scores of depression scale and anxiety in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The Herth score, nursing compliance and total nursing satisfaction rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Strengthening mental health education intervention can effectively improve novel coronavirus pneumonia patients' unhealthy emotions, enhance their treatment compliance. |
