| 目的：探究在切开复位钢板内固定术的基础上给予自拟汤剂治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法：选取2014年6月~2017年6月于我院骨科接受治疗的桡骨远端骨折患者76例，采用随机数字表法分为单纯手术组和联合组，每组38例。单纯手术组患者给予切开复位钢板内固定术治疗，联合组在单纯手术组的基础上运用自拟骨愈康复灵汤治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效差异。结果：单纯手术组优19例（50.00%）、良11例（28.95%）、优良率为78.95%，联合组优27例（71.05%）、良9例（23.68%）、优良率为94.74%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后联合组患者的旋前、旋后、桡偏、尺偏、背伸、掌屈等关节功能恢复评分均明显高于单纯手术组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：自拟骨愈康复灵汤联合切开复位钢板内固定术治疗桡骨远端骨折有良好的治疗效果，可明显提高关节功能。 |

| Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Self-medicating soup combined with open reduction and plate internal fixation for distal radius fracture. Methods: Selected 76 patients with distal radius fractures in our hospital department of orthopedics for treatment from June 2014 to June 2017, were randomly divided into surgery group and combination group with random number table method, each group were 38 patients, the surgery group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation, the combination group on the basis of simple surgical group to use the self-made soup bone healing Kangfuling decoction. Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups. Results: In the surgery group, 19 cases were excellent (50.00%), 11 cases were good (28.95%), the excellent and good rate was 78.95%; the combination group was excellent in 27 cases (71.05%), good in 9 cases (23.68%), the excellent and good rate was 94.73%: the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, the function recovery scores, the radial rotation, post-rotation, radial deviation, foot deviation, back extension, and palpation of the patients in the combination group were significantly higher than that of the surgery group, differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Self bone healing Kangfuling decoction combined with open reduction plate internal fixation treatment of distal radius fractures has a good therapeutic effect, can significantly improve the joint function. |
