| 目的：观察个体化辨证施护在高血压病护理中的临床效果。方法：将我院140例高血压病患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组70例，对照组给予常规治疗及护理，观察组在对照组的基础上给予个体化辨证施护，比较两组患者的血压控制情况及总有效率。结果：对照组总有效率为71.4%，观察组总有效率为94.3%，观察组疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论：辨证施护在高血压病防治中降压的疗效确切，值得临床推广。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of individual dialectical nursing care of hypertension. Methods: 140 Hypertensive patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group with 70 patients, the control group received conventional treatment and care, the observation group received dialectical nursing on the basis of conventional treatment and care, finally compared the blood pressure control and total efficiency of the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the control group was 71.4%, the observation group was 94.3%, the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of individual dialectical nursing care of hypertension is exact, therefore should be adopted in wider clinical treatment. |
