| 目的：通过对基牙颈部菌斑微生物的定量分析，探讨金属烤瓷冠修复对牙周细菌的影响。方法：16例金属烤瓷冠修复患者，分别对其菌斑微生物中的变形链球菌、乳酸杆菌、放线菌进行菌落计数，对临床病例进行前后自身对照。结果：戴牙后1周龈沟内可疑病原菌与牙体预备前无显著差异(P >0.05)，戴牙后3个月~2年变形链球菌、乳酸杆菌、放线菌与备牙前和对照组有显著性差异(P <0.01)。结论：金属烤瓷冠修复对口腔局部龈沟菌群有一定的影响。 |

| Objective:To explore the effect of the metal porcelain crown on the gingival gloove flora through quantitative analysis of the palque samples.Methods: 16 people with metal porcelain crowns were studied.The plaque samples of experimental group and control group were analysised quantitatively, and the local gingival groove flora from clinical cases were sampled with self and control. Results:The amount of Lactobacillus and S.mutans and Actinomyces had no significant changes at 1 week after restoration,while it significantly increased compared with the baseline from 3 months to 2 years after wearing the crown.Conclusion:The metal porcelain crown may effect the balance of the periodontal bacteria. |
