目的：探讨斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液联合草酸铂与替加氟持续泵入治疗晚期胃癌的效果。方法：64 例晚期胃癌患者分别接受方案A(32例)、方案B(32例)治疗。方案A（A组）：替加氟800mg/m2,CIV(24h),d1~5；LV 200mg/m2,ivgtt(2h),d1~5；L-OHP 85mg/m2，ivgtt(2h)，d1；斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液50mL，d1~28。方案B（B组）：替加氟800mg/m2,CIV(24h),d1~5；LV 200mg/m2,ivgtt(2h),d1~5；L-OHP 85mg/m2，ivgtt(2h)，d1；28d为1个周期。结果：方案A：CR7例，PR16例，有效率71.9%；方案B：CR5例，PR16例，有效率65.6%；方案A优于方案B，差异无显著性意义(?字2=0.5909, P =0.59) 。A组患者出现血中白细胞及血小板下降、血清尿素氮及转氨酶升高的数量明显少于B组，A组患者Karnofsky评分明显高于B组患者、精神状态明显好于B组患者、消化道反应明显轻于B组患者，且A组患者在疼痛缓解、食欲及睡眠改善、体重增加等方面均优于B组（P <0.05）。两种方案的不良反应均易于接受。结论：斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液联合草酸铂与替加氟持续泵入治疗晚期胃癌具有协同作用，并且具有提高接受化疗患者的生活质量、减轻化疗药物对患者的毒副作用、提高患者对化疗药物的耐受作用，可以作为晚期胃癌安全有效的治疗方案。

英文摘要:

Objective:To study the methods of improving the quality of hysterosalpingography by individualizing the patient position of examination, through using the pressure and gravity of liquid injection to open the adhesion of fallopian tube obstruction, and combining traditional Chinese medicine therapy to improve the pregnancy rate. Methods: 82 cases of barrenness patients were divided into two groups.30 cases of control group underwent hysterosalpingography in conventional supine position, 52 cases of treatment group were examined in prone position or supine position in the treatment bed with head side lowered and foot side higher for 25°~35°.Patients in two group were both treated with orally administrated Chinese medicine and retention enema. The pregnant situation of barrenness patients in two groups were compared. Results: Treatment group can be better than control group in respect of the quality of hysterosalpingography, open-adhesion of tubal obstruction and pregnancy rate which treated by traditional Chinese medicine, and there was significant difference（P <0.01）.Conclusion:Hysterosalpingography with individualized patient position combining traditional Chinese medicine by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and by clearing heat and detoxicating therapy can cause a higher pregnancy rate obviously.
