| 目的：了解精神科与老年科护士心理健康状况，以便针对性地采取有效的干预措施。方法：采用症状自评量表SCL-90进行问卷调查。结果：老年科护士的总分和强迫症状、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性的因子分高于精神科护士，二者相比有显著性差异（P <0.01），而躯体化和其他因子分相比无显著性差异（P >0.05）。结论：老年科护士心理健康状况不如精神科护士，应重视加强老年科护士心理健康教育。 |

| Objcective:To investigate the status of mental health of the nurses for psychiatry and eld as well as to provide substantial evidences for the following interference experiment.Methods:A sample of 99 nurses were applied SCL-90 test.Result:There are significant difference on the scores for GSI,obsessive-compulisive,interpersonal sensitivty,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobic anxiety,pschoticism betwen psychiatry nurses and geriatrics nurses.Conclusion:There were mental health problems in geriatrics nurses, it is necessary to strengthen the education psychological make-up. |
