| 目的：探讨养心氏片治疗脑血管病性心肌损害的疗效。方法：将124例急性脑血管病性心肌损害患者随机分为２组，治疗组与对照组各62例。治疗组以养心氏片为主，部分加用其它中药；对照组服用消心痛10mg：均用20d。结果：治疗组总有效率为96.53％,显著高于对照组70.86％，Ｐ <0.05。结论：养心氏片治疗脑血管病性心肌损害，可改善心肌细胞耐缺氧能力，抑制血栓形成，降低血小板粘附等，共奏持正固本、益气活血、行脉止痛之效。 |

| Objective:Discuss the curative effect of Yangxinshi on cerebrovascular cardiac muscle damage.Method:Randomize 124 patients with acute cerebrovascular cardiac muscle damage into treatment group and control group,62 patients in eachgroup.The treatment group were given Yangxinshi three times a day,3 tablets each time,part of the patients were also given some chinese medicine,The control group were given isosorbide dinitrate 10 mg each time,3 times a day,All the treatment last 20 days long.Result:The total effectiveness rate of treatment group was 96.53％，which was remarkably higherthan that of control team70.86％,P <0.05.Conclusion:Yangxinshi can be used in cerebrovascular cardiomyocyte damage,It can improve the ability of anoxia edurance of cardiomyocyte,inhibit thrombosis and decrease platelet adhesion and so on.In general,Yangxinshi can help strengthen vital Qi and consolidate the basis,invigorating Qi to promote blood circulation and propelling pulse and relieving pain. |
