| 目的：分析对门诊肺结核患者进行护理期间采取PERMA模式后对其心理状态及遵医行为的作用。方法：将2023年2月-2024年2月间医院门诊收治的80例肺结核患者按随机数字表法分成常规组(常规护理干预)与研究组(基于PERMA模式的护理干预),并设置两组患者的认知度、心理状态、自我护理能力、自我感受负担感、遵医行为以及正念水平等指标作为评价指标。结果：经不同护理模式干预后,研究组各项指标均优于常规组(P＜0.05)。结论：对于门诊肺结核患者来说,应给予其基于PERMA模式的护理干预,这有助于提升患者正念水平、自我护理能力以及认知度,对改善患者自我感受负担感、心理状态以及遵医行为具有积极影响。 |

| Objective: To analyze the effect of adopting the PERMA model on the psychological state and medical compliance behavior of outpatient tuberculosis patients during their care.Methods: 80 pulmonary tuberculosis patients admitted to the hospital outpatient department from February 2023 to February 2024 were divided into a routine group (routine nursing intervention) and a research group (nursing intervention based on the PERMA model) according to the random number table method, and two groups were set up. The patients cognition, psychological state, self-care ability, self-perceived burden, medical compliance behavior and mindfulness level were used as evaluation indicators.Results: After intervention by different nursing models, all indicators of the research group were better than those of the conventional group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: For outpatient pulmonary tuberculosis patients, nursing intervention based on the PERMA model should be provided, which can help improve patients; mindfulness level, self-care ability and awareness, and improve patients; self-perception of burden, psychological state and medical compliance behavior. Have a positive impact. |
