| 目的：总结何晓晖教授对柴胡的认识及临证应用经验。方法：通过临床跟诊，结合何教授对柴胡的认识，总结何教授应用柴胡的经验。结果：何教授探索地提出以“气郁质”为应用柴胡的体质，以“往来寒热、胸胁苦满”为应用柴胡的特异性症状，以“肝胆两经循行所过”为柴胡症的体表反映部位，以半表半里证、肝气郁结证等为柴胡适应证型，以胆汁反流性胃炎、肝炎等为首选柴胡的主治疾病，以柴胡为主药的系列方剂。结论：何晓晖教授应用柴胡的经验取得确切疗效。 |

| Objective:This paper summarizes Professor He Xiaohui"s knowledge of Bupleurum and his experience in its application.Methods:Through clinical consultation with doctors and systematic collection of Professor He Xiaohui"s medical records,combined with Professor He"s understanding of bupleurum,the experience of Professor He Xiaohui"s application of bupleurum was summarized.Results:Professor He took “Qi stagnation constitution” as the constitution using Bupleurum,regarded the two symptoms of “the alternating chill and fever and chest tightness” as the specific symptoms of Chaihu symptom,and believed that “the liver channel and gallbladder channel” were the reflecting parts of the body surface of Chaihu symptom.Chaihu syndrome type such as half exterior and half interior,syndrome of liver-qi stagnation and so on were the syndrome types of using bupleurum.Bile reflux gastritis, hepatitis and other diseases were the first choice of bupleurum for treatment of diseases.Chaihu type prescription consisted of prescriptions with bupleurum as the main medicine.Conclusion: Professor He Xiaohui"s experience in the application of bupleurum obtained a definite curative effect. |
