| 目的 观察健脾清肠汤治疗急性胃肠炎疗效。方法 采用随机对照的研究方法，对照组患者44例予左氧氟沙星治疗。中西医结合组患者39例在此基础上加用健脾清肠汤，疗程7天。比较两组患者的疗效及症状缓解时间。结果 两组临床总疗效比较，中西医结合组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。且在腹泻及腹痛的缓解时间上，中西医结合组优于对照组。（腹痛P＜0.05，腹泻P＜0.01）。结论 健脾清肠汤能有效改善急性胃肠炎的临床症状，疗效确切。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Qingchang Decoction on acute gastroenteritis. Methods A randomized controlled study was used. Forty-four patients in the control group were treated with levofloxacin. Thirty-nine patients in the integrated Chinese and Western medicine group were treated with levofloxacin and Jianpi Qingchang Decoction. The treatment course is 7 days. The efficacy and time to symptom relief were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical efficacy of the integrated Chinese and Western medicine group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). And in the time of relief of diarrhea and abdominal pain, the integrated Chinese and Western medicine group was superior to the control group. (P＜0.05 for abdominal pain and P＜0.01 for diarrhea). Conclusion Jianpi Qingchang Decoction can effectively relieve clinical symptoms of acute gastroenteritis, and the curative effect is exact. |
