中文摘要:

目的：建立江西省铁皮石斛鲜品等级划分标准。方法：对 45 批江西省内不同种植模式铁皮石斛鲜品的外观、口感、中部节间数、节间长、中部直径等性状指标进行测定，并对所测数据进行统计分析。结果：建立了以外观、口感、中部节间长、节间数、中部直径等作为主要评价指标的铁皮石斛鲜品等级划分标准。结论：该等级划分标准的建立合理、可行，为铁皮石斛鲜品“优形优质” 的质量评价体系提供了参考。

英文摘要:

Objective:% To% establish% the% classification% standard% of% fresh% grade% about% Dendrobium% officinale% in% Jiangxi% Province.% Methods:%Determined%the%appearance,%taste,%internode%number,%internode%spacing%and%middle%diameter%of%45%batches%of%fresh%Dendrobium% officinale%under%different%planting%patterns%in%Jiangxi%Province,%and%analyzed%the%data%statistically.%Results:%The%classification%standard%of% fresh%grade%about%Dendrobium%officinale%was%established%with%appearance,%taste,%internode%spacing,%internode%number%and%middle%diameter% as%main%evaluation%indexes.%Conclusion:%The%establishment%of%the%classification%standard%is%reasonable%and%feasible,%which%provides%a% reference%for%the%quality%evaluation%system%of%"excellent%shape%and%quality"%of%fresh%grade%about%Dendrobium%officinale.
