| 摘要：探讨黄葵胶囊联合甘精胰岛素治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效及对BUN、Scr和UAER水平影响。方法：选取来我科接受治疗的糖尿病肾病病患者76例，随机分为两组各38例。对照组给予合甘精胰岛素治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上口服黄葵胶囊，对比两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应。对比两组患者治疗前后血糖水平、肾功能指标水平。结果：经过治疗后，治疗组总有效率明显较高（P＜0.05）；两组患者空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 h PG）和糖化血红蛋白（Hb A1c）水平显著降低（P ＜0.05）；并且治疗组降低程度显著大于对照组（P ＜0.05）；两组患者BUN、血肌酐（Scr）和尿白蛋白排泄率（UAER）水平明显降低（P ＜0.05），并且治疗组降低程度较大（P＜0.05）。结论：采用黄葵胶囊联合甘精胰岛素治疗糖尿病肾病具有较好的治疗效果，能够改善BUN、Scr和UAER水平，值得在临床上推广应用。 |

| Abstract: To investigate the effect of Huangkui capsule combined with insulin glycine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy and its effect on BUN, Scr and UAER. Methods: 76 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected and randomly divided into two groups: 38 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with insulin glargine. Patients in the treatment group were given huang Kui capsule orally on the basis of the control group, and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were compared. Blood glucose level and renal function index level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher (P < 0.05). Fasting blood glucose (FBG), blood glucose at 2 h after meal (PG) and hemoglobin A1c (Hb A1c) were significantly reduced in both groups (P < 0.05). Moreover, the degree of reduction in the treatment group was significantly higher (P < 0.05). Blood urea nitrogen (BUN), blood creatinine (Scr) and urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) were significantly decreased in the two groups (P < 0.05), and the degree of reduction in the treatment group was greater (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Huangkui capsule combined with insulin glycine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy has a good therapeutic effect, can improve BUN, Scr and UAER levels, is worth promoting in clinical application. |
