| 目的 观察中药熏蒸联合关节松动术治疗胫骨平台骨折术后关节僵硬的临床疗效。方法 将2019年1月-2020年6月福州市第二医院康复医学科诊治的50例胫骨平台骨折术后关节僵硬患者按就诊顺序随机分为对照组和观察组，每组 25 例。对照组在常规康复治疗基础上予关节松动术治疗，观察组在常规康复治疗基础上予中药熏蒸联合关节松动术治疗。在治疗4周、8周后，分别评估两组患者膝关节VAS评分和Lyshlom评分，以及治疗8周后临床疗效。结果 治疗4周后，两组VAS评分低于治疗前（P<0.05），Lyshlom评分高于治疗前（P<0.05）；观察组VAS评分低于对照组（P<0.05），Lyshlom评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗8周后，观察组VAS评分低于对照组和同组治疗4周后（P<0.05），Lyshlom评分高于对照组和同组治疗4周后（P<0.05），且观察组的临床疗效亦优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 中药熏蒸联合关节松动术能显著减轻胫骨平台骨折术后关节僵硬患者膝痛，改善膝关节功能，提高临床疗效。 |

| Introduction:To observe the clinical effect of the Herbal Fumigation and Steaming combined with Joint Mobilization therapy in the treatment of joint stiffness after the tibial plateau fracture surgery.
Methods:50 patients diagnosed as the joint stiffness after the tibial plateau fracture surgery were recruited and randomly assigned to the were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group received the Joint Mobilization therapy,the observation group received the herbal fumigation and steaming combined with Joint Mobilization therapy.After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment, the VAS score and the Lyshlom score were evaluated respectively,as well as the clinical efficacy after 8 weeks of treatment..
Results:
(1)After 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS score of the two groups was significantly lower than pre-treatment (P<0.05),the Lyshlom score was significantly higher than pre-treatment.The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),the Lyshlom score was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).
(2)After 8 weeks of treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group and 4 weeks ago (P<0.05),the Lyshlom score was significantly higher than the control group and 4 weeks ago(P<0.05),The clinical efficacy was better than the control group.
Conclusion:The Herbal Fumigation and Steaming combined with Joint Mobilization therapy could significantly relieve the knee pain of the patients diagnosed as joint stiffness after Postoperative Tibial Plateau Fracture,improve the knee function and clinical effect. |
