| 目的 从分布广泛、存量区大的鬼针草Bidens pilosa L.植物中提取总黄酮作为化妆品原料。方法 以提取物的色泽、黄酮含量、转移率、水复溶性为指标,优选提取物的提取、纯化、精制工艺；测定提取物在不同常用化妆品溶剂中的溶解度。结果 提取物工艺为：以70%乙醇为溶剂,回流提取1h,3次,浓缩至1g/mL,通过已处理好的AB-8大孔树脂(柱长/直径约为12.5:1,流速为4mL/min.kg树脂),先用水洗,再用70%乙醇洗脱,收集70%乙醇洗脱液,浓缩至2g/mL,用同体积乙酸乙酯萃取4次,合并萃取液,回收溶剂,浓缩,减压干燥,粉碎,过筛。提取物能溶解在多种化妆品溶剂中,色泽宜人,特别的在碱性溶剂中的溶解度大。结论：提取物色泽美观、几乎无味,水复溶性好、与多种化妆品溶剂相容性好,可以作为化妆品原料。 |

| Objective To extract total flavonoids from Bidens pilosa L. plant, which is widely distributed and has a large stock area, as cosmetic raw materials and develop an eye cream. Methods With the color, extraction rate, flavone content and water solubility as the major index,the processes of extraction, purification and refinement were optimized The solubility of the extract in different solvents was preliminarily determined. Results: the extraction process was 70% ethanol reflux extracting 1h for three times with the extraction solution concentrated to 1g / mL; purification process was using AB-8 macro porous resin as adsorbent with column length / diameter(12.5:1), current speed to 4mL/min.kg ,first washed by water, then eluted with 70% ethanol, collected 70% ethanol , and concentrated to 2g / mL; purification process was extracted with ethyl acetate for four times, combined with extraction solution, recovered solvent, and concentrated , vacuum drying, crushing, sieving. The extract can be dissolved in a variety of solvents, especially in alkaline solvents. Conclusion: Bidens bipinnata was usful with pleasant color, smell、water solubility, and the good compatibility with various cosmetics solvents,which is worth popularizing and provides a demonstration for the development and utilization of Bidens bipinnata. |
