| 慢性创面通常是指各种原因形成的创面，经规范治疗超过4周而无愈合，或无愈合倾向者，包括创伤性溃疡、糖尿病溃疡、压疮、下肢静脉溃疡、放射性溃疡等[1]。2011年研究报道，我国慢性创面患者占全部住院患者的1.7‰，主要发病原因是创伤和糖尿病，平均住院21天，平均治疗费用12227.0元人民币。当今我国工业化、人口老龄化使各类创伤与老年病导致的慢性创面不断增长，慢性创面已成为临床工作的重要问题。慢性创面形成原因多种，发病机制复杂，早有学者提出对其进行专科治疗。2019年12月3日，国家卫建委发布通知，提出创建创面修复科对慢性创面进行集中规范治疗，更突出了慢性创面治疗的重要性与专业性。 |

| Nowadays, the incidence of chronic wounds is high, the causes of morbidity are various, and the types of wounds are numerous and complex, which seriously affect the normal life of patients. In recent years, with the emphasis on chronic wounds, clinical understanding of the treatment of chronic wounds further deepened, the treatment of chronic wounds tend to be diversified and rapid development. In this paper, combined with domestic and foreign research, the treatment of chronic wounds were summarized, in order to provide a reference for clinical research. |
