| 目的：观察“提壶揭盖”法治疗肛肠术后尿潴留的疗效。方法：将肛肠病术后发生尿潴留56例，采用随机数字表法进行随机分组，对照组28例仅予以肌肉注射新斯的明，治疗组在肌肉注射新斯的明的基础上使用提壶揭盖组方治疗。结果：治疗组的疗效明显高于对照组,且首次排尿时间治疗组低于对照组。结论：肛肠术后尿潴留在常规新斯的明的基础上使用提壶揭盖法可提高疗效。 |

| Objective: To observe the curative effect of relieving lung for diuresis in the treatment of urinary retention after anorectal surgery. Methods: Abstract: to observe the curative effect of "lifting the pot and removing the cover" in the treatment of urinary retention after anorectal surgery. Methods: 56 patients with urinary retention after anorectal disease were treated. Random number table method was used for random grouping. In the control group, 28 patients received intramuscular injection of neostigmine only. The treatment group was treated with the method of relieving lung for diuresis on the basis of intramuscular injection of neostigmine. Results: The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the first urination time of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion: Urinary retention after anorectal surgery can be improved by using the method of elieving lung for diuresis on the basis of routine neostigmin. |
