| 目的：对益气温阳方联合中医定向透药治疗慢性心衰患者的心脏康复情况的临床疗效观察。方法：将2018年12月-2019 年12月到我院接受治疗的40例慢性心衰患者随机分为观察组和对照组各20例。对照组患者给予常规的西药治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加上益气温阳方联合中医定向透药的内外同治法治疗1个月。将两组患者治疗前后的临床症状及体征积分情况、血液BNP水平、心功能NYHA分级和不良反应等进行对比与分析。结果：观察组的总有效率为45%,明显高于对照组的15%(P＜0.05)；两组患者治疗前后的临床症状、体征积分及BNP水平对比发现,观察组患者治疗前后积分和BNP含量均明显下降(P＜0.05)。结论：益气温阳方联合中医定向透药法治疗慢性心衰患者的心脏康复疗效显著,能够改善患者临床症状、体征及心功能。 |

| : Object: To observe the clinical effects of yiqiwenyang decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine directed drug medication on cardiac rehabilitation of chronic heart failure. Methods: 40 cases were divided into control group and observation group randomly, 20 cases in each. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, and the observation group was treated by conventional western medicine together with yiqiwenyang decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine directed drug medication. Both the periods were 1 month. Results: The total efficiency was 45% in the observation group, and higher than 15% in the control group(P＜0.05). And the score of clinical symptoms and signs, and the level of blood BNP were all decreased (P＜0.05) before and after the treatment. Conclusion: Yiqiwenyang decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine directed drug medication could show a good effect on cardiac rehabilitation of chronic heart failure, and also improve the symptoms and signs and the heart function. |
