| 目的 探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎患者“白肺”形成的中医病机。方法：从临床分期的角度，结合中医膜原、焦膜理论及患者影像学特点分析“白肺”形成的病机。结果 新型冠状病毒肺炎影像学多表现为肺间质受累，中医认为其为疫疠之邪，从口鼻而入，多侵犯膜原及上焦焦膜，湿、痰、饮、瘀、毒、热逐渐发展，肺间质大量受累，痰瘀壅滞肺络，疫毒闭肺，深入营血，肺气壅遏，进而形成白肺。结论：新冠肺炎应通过透达膜原、祛瘀通络等治法，阻止肺间质病变的发生及发展，以此截断“白肺”的形成。 |

| Objective: To explore＂2019-nCoV＂ patients how to “the white lung” appear in TCM pathogenesis.Method:The pathogenesis of "white lung" was analyzed from the perspective of clinical stage, combined with the theory of Mo－yuan and Triple-Ｊiao membranes of traditional Chinese medicine and the imaging characteristics of patients. Result:＂2019-nCoV＂ is characterized by interstitial lung involvement TCM regards it as the pathogen of epidemic disease. It enters from the mouth and nose, and mostly invades Mo－yuan and the Upper membrane.With the development of dampness, phlegm, drink, blood stasis, toxin and heat,interstitial lung is heavily involved.This leads to stagnation of lung collaterals due to phlegm and blood stasis.The disease toxin closes the lung, deeply nourishes the blood, blocks the lung qi, and then forms the white lung.Conclusion:＂2019-nCoV＂should be treated by the methods of "permeating the membrane, removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals" to prevent the occurrence and development of interstitial lung disease, and to cut off the formation of "white lung". |
