| 目的：观察腹针疗法对老年功能性便秘患者的治疗效果。方法：选取2017年6月~2018年12月就诊的60~80岁的70例功能性便秘患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和治疗组，各35例。两组均给予常规饮食和生活习惯指导，在此基础上，对照组给予乳果糖治疗，治疗组给予腹针治疗。治疗30 d后，比较两组便秘临床评分、布里斯托大便性状评分、便秘患者生存质量评分及临床疗效。结果：治疗后，治疗组的布里斯托大便性状评分高于对照组，便秘临床评分和便秘患者生存质量评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：腹针治疗老年功能性便秘患者疗效显著。 |

| Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of abdominal acupuncture therapy on elderly patients with functional constipation. Methods: From June 2017 to December 2018, 70 patients with functional constipation aged between 60 and 80 years were selected as objects of study, they were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group, with 35 cases each. Both groups were given routine diet and life habits guidance. On this basis, the control group was treated by lactulose, and the treatment group was given abdominal acupuncture treatment. After 30 days of treatment, the Wexner scores, Bristol scores, PAC-QOL scores and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the Bristol scores of treatment group was higher than that of control group, the Wexner scores and PAC-QOL scores of treatment group were lower than that of control group, all the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05); the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Abdominal acupuncture is effective in the treatment of Senile Functional constipation. |
