| 下肢静脉性溃疡Venous leg ulcer (VLU) 是一种常见的下肢血管疾病，中医叫 “臁疮”、“裤口疮”，俗称“老烂腿”。本病多见于职业病，常常因长时间站立及过多负重行走造成，现代医学认为下肢溃疡与下肢血管变病有很大关系，特点经久难以收口，或虽然溃疡愈合，常因外界因素再次复发，给患者的身心健康和生活质量造成负面的影响。中国传统医学在治疗臁疮方面，有着独到的临床经验，并有显著的治疗效果,现将最近几年来传统医学治疗下肢静脉性溃疡进展叙述如下。 |

| Venous ulcer of lower limb Venous legs ulcer (VLU) is a common lower extremity vascular disease, Chinese medicine called "ecthyma", and "pants aphtha", commonly known as "old bad leg". This disease is more common in occupational diseases, often caused by standing for a long time and walking with excessive load, modern medicine believes that lower limb ulcer and lower limb vascular degeneration has a great relationship, the characteristics of the mouth is difficult to close, or although the ulcer is healed, often because of external factors relapse, to the patient""s physical and mental health and quality of life caused a negative impact. Chinese traditional medicine has unique clinical experience in the treatment of ecthymus, and has significant therapeutic effect. The progress of treating venous ulcer of lower limbs with traditional medicine in recent years is described as follows. |
