| 目的 研究上海邮政职工中微量白蛋白尿(MA)与肥胖的相关性 。方法 选取 2018年1月～12月在我院健康体检的上海邮政职工4289人为研究对象,排除有高血压、糖尿病等疾病的人群,以尿微量白蛋白阳性者536人为观察组,另在尿微量白蛋白正常者中按年龄、性别分层,随机选取530人为对照组,两组的年龄、性别差异没有显著性。对两组间的肥胖率、BMI、收缩压、舒张压、血糖的差异性进行比较分析；再将观察组的尿微量白蛋白与各指标进行相关分析并进行二元Logistic 回归分析。结果 尿微量白蛋白阳性组的肥胖率、BMI、收缩压、舒张压、血糖均高于尿微量白蛋白正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；尿微量白蛋白与BMI(BMI >28)、收缩压、舒张压呈正相关,r分别是0.228、 0.147、0.154,(P<0.05),与血糖相关性不明显(r=0.39, P>0.05)。经Logistic 回归分析显示：BMI越大、收缩压、舒张压越高是微量白蛋白尿的危险因素。结论 在上海邮政职工中,肥胖和微量白蛋白尿有明显的相关性,是微量白蛋白尿的危险因素之一。 |

| : Objective : To investigate the relationship between microalbuminuria and obesity in shanghai post staff. Methods: A total 4289 subjects who took physical examination in our hospital among shanghai post staff from January to December in 2018. The subjects were divided into microalbuminuria group and normal microalbuminuria group . The levels of the rate of the obesity rates、BMI、systolic blood pressure(SBP)、diastolic blood pressure(DBP) 、and FBG were compared between the two groups. The correlation of microalbuminuria and the subjects was analyzed. Results : Compared with normoalbuminuric patients, patients obesity rates、BMI、SBP、DBP 、and FBG were increased significantly,all with statistical difference(P<0 .05)．The correlation analysis showed BMI、SBP、DBP were independently associated with microalbuminuria, the odds ratio were 0.228、 0.147 、0.154,(p<0.05), The logistic regression analysis showed that BMI、 SBP、DBP were independent risk factors of microalbuminuria. Cnclusion：In Shanghai post staff, there are significantly correlation between obesity and microalbuminuria, Obesity is one of the risk factors for microalbuminuria. |
