| 目的 观察亲子陪伴结合年龄差异化兴趣诱导对小儿包皮日间手术患者医疗恐惧与麻醉诱导配合度的影响效果。方法 选择2024年1月至2026年2月于我院行包皮日间手术的患儿80例为观察样本，分组方式为随机数字表法，分组结果为40例试验组与40例对照组，对照组遵小儿包皮日间手术常规模式施护，试验组接受亲子陪伴结合年龄差异化兴趣诱导护理，对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果 试验组SCARED评分、DSRSC评分、CFMS评分、 ICC评分、术后不适应行为阳性率低于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 将亲子陪伴结合年龄差异化兴趣诱导应用于小儿包皮日间手术患儿之中，利于其焦虑抑郁情绪、医疗恐惧的减低，可提升其麻醉诱导配合度，控制其术后不适应行为阳性概率。 |

| Objective:To observe the effects of parent-child companionship combined with age-differentiated interest induction on medical fear and anesthesia induction cooperation of pediatric patients undergoing day circumcision surgery. Methods: A total of 80 children who underwent day-surgery with skin covering in our hospital from January 2024 to February 2026 were selected as observation samples, and the grouping method was random number table method. The grouping results were 40 cases in the experimental group and 40 cases in the control group. The control group followed the routine mode of day-surgery care for children with circumcision, and the experimental group received parent-child companionship combined with age-differentiated interest induction care. The observation indexes of the two groups after intervention were compared.Results:SCARED score, DSRSC score, CFMS score, ICC score and postoperative maladaptive behavior positive rate of experimental group were lower than those of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion:The application of parent-child companionship combined with age-differentiated interest induction in children undergoing day circumcision surgery can help reduce their anxiety, depression and medical fear, improve their cooperation in anesthesia induction, and control the positive probability of postoperative maladaptive behavior. |
