      颈椎病是临床常见的慢性退行性疾病,其中气滞血瘀型在颈椎病患者中占比颇高,头晕作为其典型症状之一,严重影响患者的生活质量与日常活动能力。针灸作为中医治疗颈椎病的经典疗法,具有疏通经络、调和气血的显著优势;腕踝针则以操作简便、无痛安全的特点,在缓解疼痛、改善神经功能方面展现出独特价值。本文基于中国知网(CNKI)、万方、维普(VIP)、PubMed等中英文核心数据库,相关文献,系统梳理了近五年针灸联合腕踝针治疗气滞血瘀型颈椎病头晕的临床应用现状,深入剖析其疗效机制,包括调节血流动力学、抑制炎症反应、改善神经传导功能、调节神经-免疫-循环网络等方面,并探讨了当前研究存在的问题与未来发展方向,旨在为临床治疗提供更全面的理论依据与实践参考。
英文摘要:
      Cervical spondylosis is a common chronic degenerative disease in clinical practice. Among patients with cervical spondylosis, the Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern accounts for a high proportion. Dizziness, as one of its typical symptoms, severely affects patients" quality of life and ability to perform daily activities. Acupuncture, a classic therapy in traditional Chinese medicine for cervical spondylosis, offers significant advantages in unblocking meridians and regulating Qi and blood. Wrist-ankle acupuncture, characterized by its simple operation, painlessness, and safety, demonstrates unique value in relieving pain and improving neurological function. Based on relevant literature retrieved from core Chinese and English databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database (VIP), Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), PubMed and Cochrane Library, this paper systematically reviews the current clinical application status of acupuncture combined with wrist-ankle acupuncture in the treatment of dizziness associated with cervical spondylosis of Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern over the past five years (from January 2021 to December 2025). It provides an in-depth analysis of the therapeutic mechanisms, including the regulation of hemodynamics, inhibition of inflammatory responses, improvement of nerve conduction function, and modulation of the neuro-immune-circulation network. Furthermore, it discusses the existing problems and future directions of current research, aiming to offer a more comprehensive theoretical basis and practical reference for clinical treatment.
