| [摘要]目的 探讨江西省名中医陈庆英从“百病皆由湿”论治小儿病证治规律研究，为临床提供治疗思路。方法 收录陈庆英临床治疗小儿病医案，利用 Microsoft Excel 2021建立病案数据库，对小儿病中医诊断、证型分布进行统计。使用SPSS Modeler 18.0和SPSS Statistics 26.0软件对高频药物进行关联规则分析、网络规则分析和聚类分析。结果 纳入有效医案583例，统计咳嗽等常见小儿病诊断9种；风寒袭肺证等辨证分型11种；高频次药物30种；关联分析得到29组关联药物，核心用药组合“桔梗-防风-麸炒白术-黄芪-木香”，聚类分析得到5组核心药物聚合组。结论 陈庆英主任认为小儿病本虚在脾、标实在湿、多犯肺窍，总结出小儿“百病皆由湿”病因病机特点，以健脾补肺、理气化湿为治疗大法，数据挖掘得出小儿病用药规律，基础方为玉屏风散合异功散。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To explore the law of Chen Qingying, a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Jiangxi Province, in treating children "s diseases from " all diseases are caused by dampness ", and to provide treatment ideas for clinical practice. Methods The medical records of Chen Qingying "s clinical treatment of children "s diseases were collected. Microsoft Excel 2021 was used to establish a medical record database, and the TCM diagnosis and syndrome distribution of children "s diseases were statistically analyzed. SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 26.0 software were used for association rule analysis, network rule analysis and cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs. Results 583 cases of effective medical records were included, and 9 kinds of common pediatric diseases such as cough were counted. 11 kinds of syndrome differentiation such as wind-cold attacking lung syndrome ; 30 kinds of high frequency drugs ; a total of 29 groups of related drugs were obtained by association analysis, and the core drug combination was " Platycodon grandiflorum-Sposhnikovia divaricata-Atractylodes macrocephala-Astragalus membranaceus-Aucklandiae Radix ".Five groups of core drug polymerization groups were obtained by cluster analysis. Conclusion Director Chen Qingying believes that the deficiency of children "s disease is in the spleen, the real standard is wet, and it often violates the lung orifices. He summarizes the characteristics of the etiology and pathogenesis of children "s " all diseases are caused by dampness ", and takes invigorating the spleen and tonifying the lung, regulating qi and dampness as the treatment method. Data mining shows the medication rules of children "s diseases, and the basic prescription is Yupingfeng Powder and Yigong Powder. |
