| 痛风石是尿酸盐结晶沉积体内所致,是慢性痛风的基本特征,痛风石大小的动态变化与全身血尿酸负荷密切相关,可以用于评估患者长期的尿酸水平与治疗效果,目前许多痛风石测量方法已经作为监测痛风治疗的重要结果指标被用于临床试验研究中。本文对国内外用于测量痛风石大小的方法进行综述,介绍其评估方法及其优缺点,以期为我国从事慢性痛风研究与管理的临床医生在评估痛风石变化时提供参考依据。 |

| Tophus is caused by the deposition of urate crystals in vivo, is an important sign of advanced gout, the dynamic change of tophi size is closely related to the systemic blood uric acid load, can be used to measure the patient"s long-term uric acid level and treatment effect, many tophi measurement methods have been used as an important outcome index for monitoring gout treatment in clinical trials. This paper reviews the methods used to measure the size of tophi at home and abroad, introduces its evaluation methods and their advantages and disadvantages, and aims to provide a reference for clinicians engaged in chronic gout research and management in China when evaluating tophi changes. |
