| 慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）是一类特殊的异质性疾病，有着反复发作、迁延难愈的特点，其稳定期是治疗疾病的关键阶段，在稳定期病人中又以肺脾气虚证最常见。通过深入研究中医药对稳定期肺脾气虚证患者的治疗作用，如中药内服、中医外治等，可以发现中医药治疗具有显著改善患者肺功能、降低疾病急性加重次数等特点。本文就上述观点系统梳理了近年来中医药防治该证型的研究进展，以期为治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病提供新的治疗思路。 |

| Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a heterogeneous disease characterized by persistent airflow limitation, featuring recurrent attacks and prolonged difficulty in healing. Its stable stage is a crucial phase for disease treatment, In the stable phase, Lung–Spleen qi deficiency emerges as the leading TCM pattern.Through in-depth research on the therapeutic effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) on patients with Lung-Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome in the stable stage—such as oral administration of TCM decoctions and external TCM therapies—it has been found that TCM treatment exhibits characteristics including significant improvement in patients" lung function and reduction in the number of acute disease exacerbations. This article systematically reviews the research progress in the prevention and treatment of this syndrome with TCM in recent years based on the above viewpoints, aiming to provide new therapeutic ideas for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. |
