| 湿病作为中医临床常见且涉及多科的重要病证，病因复杂，证候多变，易致病情迁延。伍炳彩教授深研经典，融汇古今，在湿病的辨治方面形成了层次清晰、实用高效的学术体系。总览其学术思想，可概括为以下四个层次：强调整体辨治，脾胃为核心；细化辨证要点，注重病机辨析；善用古方化裁，用药精准灵活；重视调摄预防，提倡防治结合。伍炳彩教授以经典为基，临床为用，构建了理法方药完备的湿病辨治体系，其学术思想显著提高了湿病尤其疑难症的临床疗效，对丰富中医湿病学理论、指导临床实践具有重要价值，也为后世传承与创新提供了典范。 |

| As a common and multidisciplinary important disease in traditional Chinese medicine clinical practice, wet diseases have complex causes and varied syndromes, which can easily lead to prolonged illness. Professor Wu Bingcai has deeply studied classics, integrated ancient and modern, and formed a clear, practical and efficient academic system in the diagnosis and treatment of wet diseases. Overall, its academic ideas can be summarized into the following four levels: emphasizing holistic diagnosis and treatment, with the spleen and stomach as the core; Refine the key points of syndrome differentiation and pay attention to the differentiation of pathological mechanisms; Make good use of ancient formulas for precise and flexible medication; Pay attention to surveillance and prevention, and promote the combination of prevention and control. Professor Wu Bingcai has built a comprehensive system for the diagnosis and treatment of wet diseases based on classics and clinical practice. His academic ideas have significantly improved the clinical efficacy of wet diseases, especially difficult ones, and have important value in enriching the theory of traditional Chinese medicine wet diseases and guiding clinical practice. He has also provided a model for future inheritance and innovation. |
