| 【摘要】目的:观察自拟中药多血方治疗高原红细胞增多症的临床疗效。方法:选取我院146例高原红细胞增多症患者进行观察性研究,分为观察组与对照组各73例。对照组使用常规西药联合中成药治疗,观察组口服中药多血方。对比其临床疗效,治疗前后血常规、凝血功能及血流动力学指标变化。结果:治疗后,两组血常规、凝血功能相关观察指标均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);血流动力学相关观察指标较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效率为78.08%,对照组有效率为63.01%,(P<0.05);结论:自拟中药多血方对治疗高原红细胞增多症有显著疗效,可改善患者红细胞、血红蛋白升高情况,促进凝血功能恢复,改善脑部缺氧情况。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective: To observe the clinical effect of a self formulated traditional Chinese medicine Duoxue Fang in the treatment of high altitude polycythemia. Methods: 146 patients with high altitude polycythemia in our hospital were selected for observation study, and divided into observation group and control group with 73 cases. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine combined with proprietary Chinese medicine, and the observation group took Duoxue fang orally. The clinical effect, blood routine, coagulation function and hemodynamic indexes were compared before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, blood routine and related indexes of coagulation function in 2 groups were lower than before treatment, and observation group was lower than control group (P < 0.05). Hemodynamic parameters were higher than those before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P < 0.05). The effective rate was 78.08% in the observation group and 63.01% in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Duoxue Fang has a significant effect on the treatment of high altitude polycythemia, which can improve the elevation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, promote the recovery of coagulation function, and improve brain hypoxia. |
