      摘 要:目的:通过实验研究对比江西、福建、浙江栀子的药效差异,明确三大主产地栀子药用价值的差异,为栀子的临床应用以及市场选择提供参考依据。方法:选取三大主产地同一时期成熟和相同条件的栀子,通过相同的方法制成栀子水提取物,采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、高脂饲料喂养小鼠建立实验模型,通过对比三大主产地栀子水提取物对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀的抑制作用,对小鼠胆汁排泄、胆汁中总胆红素及总胆汁酸含量的影响,以及测定对小鼠痛阈值的影响,分别研究三大主产地栀子消炎利胆、镇痛的作用效果。结果:在消炎方面,江西栀子水提物表现出显著的抗炎活性,抑制率显著高于浙江和福建产地的样品(P<0.01),呈现江西>浙江>福建的梯度差异。利胆实验中,浙江产栀子组小鼠24小时胆汁流量显著优于江西组的(P<0.05),福建组指标最低,形成浙江>江西>福建的效能排序。镇痛实验显示福建产栀子水提物延长热板法痛阈潜伏期其效果优于江西组,而浙江组镇痛效果最弱,呈现福建>江西>浙江的镇痛特性差异 (P<0.05)。本研究表明江西栀子综合药效最优,其中消炎效果最佳,而浙江栀子利胆作用显著,福建栀子镇痛效果突出,为栀子药用价值评估及临床应用提供科学依据。

      Abstract: Objective: To analyze and compare the medicinal effects of gardenia from Jiangxi, Fujian, and Zhejiang through experiments, to clarify the superiority and inferiority of the medicinal value of gardenia from these three main production areas, providing a reference for clinical application and market selection. Methods: Gardenia from the same period and under identical conditions in the three main production areas were selected. Gardenia water extracts were prepared using the same method. An experimental model was established by inducing ear swelling in mice with xylene and feeding them a high-fat diet. The inhibitory effect of the gardenia water extracts from the three main production areas on xylene-induced ear swelling in mice was compared, along with their effects on bile secretion, total bilirubin, and total bile acid content in the bile, as well as the impact on the pain threshold of mice. Results: In terms of anti-inflammatory activity, the water extract of gardenia from Jiangxi showed significant anti-inflammatory activity, with a significantly higher inhibition rate than samples from Zhejiang and Fujian (P<0.01), showing a gradient difference of Jiangxi> Zhejiang> Fujian. In the bile secretion experiment, the 24-hour bile flow in the group of mice fed with gardenia from Zhejiang was significantly better than that in the group fed with gardenia from Jiangxi (P<0.05), while the group fed with gardenia from Fujian had the lowest index, forming an efficacy ranking of Zhejiang> Jiangxi> Fujian. In the analgesic experiment, the water extract of gardenia from Fujian extended the latency of the hot plate test pain threshold more effectively than the group from Jiangxi, while the analgesic effect was weakest in the group from Zhejiang, showing a pain-relieving characteristic difference of Fujian> Jiangxi> Zhejiang (P<0.05). This study indicates that the comprehensive medicinal effects of gardenia from Jiangxi are optimal, with the best anti-inflammatory effect, while gardenia from Zhejiang has significant bile secretion effects, and gardenia from Fujian stands out in analgesic effects, providing a scientific basis for the evaluation of the medicinal value of gardenia and its clinical application.
