| 目的 探讨医院中药制剂复脉饮联合骨伤平口服液2号对四肢骨折后期患者康复的临床效果。方法 选择2024年1月至2024年12月丰城市中医院创伤一科收治的四肢骨折患者60例，按收治顺序随机表法分为常规组和制剂组，常规组在骨折后期采用常规康复治疗，制剂组在常规康复治疗基础上加用复脉饮联合骨伤平口服液2号治疗，治疗4周后比较两组临床疗效。结果 治疗4周后制剂组骨折愈合时间明显短于常规组，两者差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；制剂组患肢整体功能恢复优良率为90.00%，显著高于常规组优良率63.33%；制剂组骨折后期不良并发症发生率为13.33%，显著低于常规组发生率40.00%，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 复脉饮联合骨伤平口服液2号能有效促进骨折后期患者康复，具有较好的临床效果和安全性，其联合后产生多靶点调节作用为临床治疗提供了新方法，也为今后医院中药制剂研发及联用提供了新思路。 |

| Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of combined administration of traditional Chinese medicine compound Fumaiyin and Gushangping oral liquid No.2 on the rehabilitation of patients with limb fractures in the later-stage.Methods: Sixty patients with limb fractures treated in the of trauma I of Fengcheng Hospital Chinese Medicine from January to December 2024 were randomly divided into the conventional group and the compound group according to the order of admission.The conventional group received routine rehabilitation treatment in the later stage of fracture,and the compound group received Fumaiyin and Gushangping oral liquid No.2 on the basis of routine rehabilitation treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results: After 4 weeks of treatment, the fracture healing time in the preparation group was significantly shorter than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of overall limb function recovery in the preparation group was 90.00%, which was significantly higher than the excellent and good rate of 63.33% in the conventional group.The incidence of adverse complications in the later stage of fracture in the preparation group was 13.33%,which was significantly lower than the incidence of 40.00% in the conventional group.The differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Fumaiyin and Gushangping oral liquid No.2 can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients in the later stage of fracture,with good clinical effect and safety. The multi-target regulation effect produced by the combination provides a new method for treatment and also provides a new idea for the research and combined use of traditional Chinese medicine preparations in hospitals in the future. |
