| 介绍熊墨年教授“健脾法”治疗结直肠癌学术理论基础及临证经验。熊教授学验具丰,对中医药治疗肿瘤进行了几十年探索。他认为,消化道恶性肿瘤的发生发展与脾虚关系密切,健脾扶正抑癌毒贯穿疾病治疗的始终,取得较好临床疗效。本文从大肠癌的病因病机、癌毒促瘤因素、主要治则及验案举隅分析总结熊教授临床诊疗思维,以期为临床治疗大肠癌提供思路。 |

| This paper introduces the academic theory and clinical experience of Professor Xiong Mo-nian"s Professor Xiong has a wealth of knowledge and experience, and has explored the treatment of tumor by traditional Chinese medicine for decades. He believed that the occurrence and development of malignant tumors of digestive tract were closely related to spleen deficiency, so spleen strengthening and suppressing cancer poison ran through the whole treatment of disease, and achieved good clinical effect. This article analyzed and summarized Professor Xiong"s clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking from the etiology and pathogenesis of colorectal cancer, cancer-promoting factors, main treatment principles and test cases, in order to provide ideas for clinical treatment of colorectal cancer. |
