| 目的 探讨PDCA联合CBL对提高中医规培质量，提升中医规培医师中医思维能力的和中医临床岗位胜任能力的应用效果。方法 选取2023年9月—2024年8月于我院进行中医规培的49名住院医师，按入培时间分为传统教学组（n=22）和PDCA-CBL组（n=27）。对照组接受传统教学法，观察组接受基于PDCA模式下的CBL教学法。比较两组学员理论考核成绩、临床技能考核成绩、对教学方法的满意度及综合能力评分。结果 观察组学员理论考核成绩、临床技能考核成绩、综合能力评分均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组学员对教学方法的满意度为96.3%，显著高于对照组的72.7%（P<0.05）。结论 基于PDCA模式下的CBL教学法应用于中医规培教学中，可有效提高住院医师的理论知识水平和临床技能水平及综合能力，培养中医临床辨证思维能力，提升教学满意度，值得推广应用。 |

| Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA combined with CBL in improving the quality of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) residency training, as well as enhancing the TCM thinking ability and clinical post - competency of TCM resident physicians. Methods A total of 49 resident physicians undergoing TCM residency training in our hospital from September 2023 to August 2024 were selected and divided into a traditional teaching group (n = 22) and a PDCA - CBL group (n = 27) according to the training entry time. The control group received traditional teaching methods, while the observation group received CBL teaching method based on the PDCA model. The theoretical assessment scores, clinical skills assessment scores, satisfaction with teaching methods, and comprehensive ability scores of the two groups of students were compared. Results The theoretical assessment scores, clinical skills assessment scores, and comprehensive ability scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group with the teaching method was 96.3%, which was significantly higher than 72.7% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The CBL teaching method based on the PDCA model, when applied to TCM residency training, can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge level, clinical skills level, and comprehensive ability of resident physicians, cultivate the TCM clinical syndrome differentiation thinking ability, and enhance teaching satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion and application. |
