| 目的 采用Meta分析方法系统评价大黄-芒硝外敷法促进手术切口愈合的临床疗效。方法 检索The Cochrane Library、PubMed、CNKI、维普以及万方等中英文数据库，纳入大黄-芒硝外敷和单纯常规换药促进手术切口愈合的随机对照实验（RCT），采用RevMan 5.4软件对纳入文献进行方法学质量评价并绘制统计图进行Meta分析、敏感性分析及评估发表偏倚情况。结果 本研究共纳入9篇RCT，共纳入1 268例患者,实验组635例，对照组633例。Meta分析结果显示：大黄-芒硝外敷组对促进手术切口愈合的总愈合率、甲级愈合率相较于单纯常规换药组更高，乙级愈合率、丙级愈合率低于单纯常规换药组。结论 对手术切口愈合的治疗中，大黄-芒硝外敷组的总体愈合效果显著优于单纯常规换药组，且各实验组没有不良反应报道，因此可作为一种新型、高效、安全的促进手术切口愈合的治疗方法。 |

| Objective Meta-analysis was used to systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of external application of rhubarb-mangosteen to promote the healing of surgical incisions. Methods Chinese and English databases such as The Cochrane Library, PubMed, CNKI, Wipro, and Wanfang were searched to include randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of rhubarb-mangosteen topical application and routine dressing change alone to promote surgical incision healing, and the methodological quality of the included literature was evaluated by using the RevMan 5.4 software, and statistical graphs were plotted for Meta-analysis, sensitivity analysis and assessment of publication bias. Results A total of 9 RCTs were included in this study with 1,268 patients,635 in the experimental group and 633 in the control group.Meta-analysis showed that the total healing rate and grade A healing rate of the rhubarb-mangosteen topical group were higher and grade B healing rate and grade C healing rate were lower than those of the conventional dressing change group. Conclusion In the treatment of surgical incision healing, the overall healing effect of the rhubarb-mangosteen topical application group was significantly better than that of the simple routine dressing change group, and no adverse reactions were reported in the experimental groups, so it can be used as a new, efficient, and safe treatment to promote the healing of surgical incisions. |
