| 目的：观察自拟健脾降逆宣肺汤治疗胃源性咳嗽的疗效。方法：纳入胃源性咳嗽120例，抽签法随机分为两组，治疗组服用自拟健脾降逆宣肺汤，对照组服用奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊、莫沙必利片、苏黄止咳胶囊，治疗截止时间为28天，观察两组治疗前后的咳嗽积分、消化系统相关症状积分、疗效及痊愈患者的半年内复发率。结果：两组治疗后的咳嗽积分、消化系统症状积均较治疗前显著降低（均p<0.01）,治疗后治疗组咳嗽积分显著低于对照组（p<0.01）、两组消化系统症状积分无显著差异（p>0.05）。治疗组的痊愈患者数显著多于对照组，其痊愈患者半年复发率显著低于对照组（均p<0.01）。结论：奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊、枸橼酸莫沙比利片、苏黄止咳胶囊结合治疗胃源性咳嗽（或者胃食管返流相关咳嗽），短期疗效比较肯定，是一种简便有效的中西医结合治疗方法。健脾降逆宣肺汤无论短期疗效还是长期疗效均良好，临床应用价值比较高。 |

| Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of self formulated Jianpi Jiangni Xuanfei Decoction on gastric cough. Method: 120 cases of gastric cough were included and randomly divided into two groups by drawing lots. The treatment group received self formulated Jianpi Jiangni Xuanfei Decoction, while the control group received omeprazole enteric coated capsules, mosapride tablets, and Suhuang Zhike capsules. The treatment deadline was 28days. The cough score, digestive system related symptom score before and after treatment in both groups, and efficacy and recurrence rate of recovered patients after six months were observed. Result: After treatment, the cough score and digestive system symptom score of both groups were significantly reduced compared to before treatment (both p<0.01). The cough score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment (p<0.01), and there was no significant difference in digestive system symptom score between the two groups (p>0.05).The number of cured patients in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the six-month recurrence rate of cured patients was significantly lower than that in the control group (all p<0.01). Conclusion: The combination of omeprazole enteric coated capsules, mosapride citrate tablets, and Suhuang cough suppressant capsules has a relatively positive short-term efficacy in the treatment of gastric cough (or gastroesophageal reflux related cough), and is a simple and feasible combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment method. Jianpi Jiangni Xuanfei Decoction has good short-term and long-term therapeutic effects, and has relatively high clinical application value. |
