| 慢性肾脏病作为临床常见病，多有水肿、血尿、乏力等临床表现，可归属于中医“水肿”“尿浊”“虚劳”等范畴。本文聚焦基于“和法”思想运用黄芪桂枝五物汤诊治肾脏病临床经验。从疏立三焦，和解少阳；调和营卫，抵御外邪；升降兼顾，调和脾胃；补泄同施，和调肾脏方面阐述黄芪桂枝五物汤在肾脏疾病中的应用，以期为临床用提供思路 。 |

| Chronic kidney disease, a common clinical condition, often presents with symptoms such as edema, hematuria, and fatigue, which can be categorized under traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) terms like "edema," "turbid urine," and "consumption-exhaustion syndrome." This paper focuses on the clinical experience of diagnosing and treating renal diseases with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction based on the concept of "Harmonizing Method." It elaborates on the application of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in renal diseases from the perspectives of regulating the triple energizer and harmonizing the Shao Yang; harmonizing Ying (nutritive qi) and Wei (defensive qi) to resist external pathogens; balancing ascending and descending qi to harmonize the spleen and stomach; and applying both tonification and purge to harmonize the kidneys. The aim is to provide insights for clinical practice. |
