| 目的 本研究旨在深入探索针对股骨颈骨折中气滞血瘀证型的住院手术患者，如何更有效地预防下肢深静脉血栓（DVT）的形成。方法 研究选取了自2022年1月至2023年12月间，共计80例骨科手术患者，通过随机分组的方式分为对照组与观察组。对照组遵循常规护理方案，涵盖术后注射依诺肝素钠、四肢被动活动及双下肢按摩等措施。观察组在此基础上，另行为期三天的中药蒸汽浴与空气波压力治疗仪联合治疗。研究对比两组患者的DVT发生率、下肢静脉血流速度以及D-二聚体水平。结果 结果表明，观察组相较对照组，在预防DVT、改善下肢静脉血流状况以及调节D-二聚体指标方面均展现出更为积极的效果(p < 0.05)。结论 这一发现表明，中药蒸汽浴结合空气波压力治疗仪，作为一种创新的、无毒副作用且易于操作的治疗手段，在预防股骨颈骨折气滞血瘀型患者下肢静脉血栓形成方面具有显著优势，值得在临床实践中进一步推广和应用。 |

| Objective: This study aims to explore in depth how to more effectively prevent the formation of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in lower limbs for hospitalized surgical patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in femoral neck fractures. The method study selected a total of 80 orthopedic surgery patients from January 2022 to December 2023, and randomly divided them into a control group and an observation group. The control group followed a routine nursing plan, including postoperative injection of enoxaparin sodium, passive limb movement, and massage of both lower limbs. On this basis, the observation group received a three-day combination treatment of traditional Chinese medicine steam bath and air wave pressure therapy device. Compare the incidence of DVT, lower limb venous blood flow velocity, and D-dimer levels between two groups of patients. The results showed that the observation group exhibited more positive effects (p<0.05) compared to the control group in preventing DVT, improving lower limb venous blood flow, and regulating D-dimer indicators. Conclusion: This discovery indicates that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine steam bath and air wave pressure therapy device, as an innovative, non-toxic and easy to operate treatment method, has significant advantages in preventing lower limb venous thrombosis in patients with femoral neck fractures of qi stagnation and blood stasis type, and is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice. |
