| 目的：探析健脾消食贴穴位敷贴配合赖氨葡锌颗粒治疗小儿厌食症的临床价值。方法： 将112例厌食症患儿按数字抽签方式进行随机分组，对照组（例数56）予以赖氨葡锌颗粒治疗，试验组（例数56）予以健脾消食贴穴位敷贴配合赖氨葡锌颗粒治疗。对两组治疗4周后的总体疗效，食欲调节激素，营养学指标及不良反应予以比较。结果： 总有效率试验组、对照组分别为91.07%、75.00%，试验组更高（P＜0.05）。治疗后，血清神经肽Y（NPY），瘦素（LEP）浓度两组患儿比较，试验组均高于对照组（P均＜0.05）。治疗后，血红蛋白（HGB）浓度，皮下脂肪厚度（TSF），体质量指数（BMI）两组患儿比较，试验组均高于对照组（P均＜0.05）。不良反应发生率试验组、对照组分别为10.71%、7.14%，无明显差异（P＞0.05）。结论： 健脾消食贴穴位敷贴配合赖氨葡锌颗粒治疗小儿厌食症，能提升疗效，促进食欲调节激素及营养学指标的恢复，具有较高安全性。 |

| Objective: To explore the clinical value of acupoint application combined with lysmulbine granules in the treatment of anorexia in children. Methods: A total of 112 children with anorexia were randomly divided into groups by numerical lottery, the control group (56 cases) was treated with lysine glucosis granules, and the experimental group (56 cases) was treated with spleen and digestion patches and lysine glucose granules. The overall efficacy, appetite regulating hormone, nutritional indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment were compared.Results: The total effective rate was 91.07% and 75.00% in the experimental group and the control group, respectively, and higher in the experimental group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum neuropeptide Y (NPY) and leptin (LEP) concentrations in the two groups were higher than those in the control group (both P <0.05). After treatment, the hemoglobin (HGB) concentration, subcutaneous fat thickness (TSF) and body mass index (BMI) of the two groups were higher than those of the control group (all P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 10.71% in the experimental group and 7.14% in the control group, respectively, with no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion: The combination of acupoint application of spleen and food patch and lysine glucosin granules in the treatment of anorexia in children can improve the curative effect, promote the recovery of appetite regulating hormones and nutritional indicators, and has a high safety. |
