| 摘要：目的 探究自拟凉血滋阴汤联合海曲泊帕乙醇胺片治疗难治性阴虚火旺型血小板减少症的临床效果。方法 选取2023年1月至2024年10月丰城市中医院血液肿瘤科收治的60例难治性阴虚火旺型血小板减少症住院患者作为研究对象，按随机表法将患者分成西药组和中西药结合组，每组30例。西药组使用海曲泊帕乙醇胺片治疗，中西药结合组在西药组基础上加用自拟凉血滋阴汤治疗。两组均治疗12周后观察疗效。结果 治疗后中西药结合组在临床疗效、血小板计数及出血积分评定方面均明显优于西药组，两者相比具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 自拟凉血滋阴汤联合海曲泊帕乙醇胺片中西药结合治疗协同作用增强，提高患者长期有效率，减少患者临床症状，极大有利于难治性阴虚火旺型血小板减少症患者的康复。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of a self-formulated cooling blood and nourishing yin decoction combined with hydroxyethylamine tablets in treating refractory yin deficiency with hyperactivity of fire type thrombocytopenia.Methods Sixty hospitalized patients with refractory thrombocytopenia with Yin deficiency and fever treated in the hematology and oncology department of Fengcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the study subjects and divided into western medicine group and 30 cases in each group. Western medicine group used ethanolamine tablets The combination group of Chinese and western medicine added self-prepared cooling blood and nourishing Yin soup on the basis of western medicine group Both roups observed the efficacy after 12 weeks of treatment.Results After treatment, the combination of Chinese and Western medicine was significantly better than the western medicine group in terms of clinical efficacy, platelet count and bleeding score assessment, and the two were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The synergistic effect of self-prepared blood and Yin nourishing soup and haitpopa ethanolamine tablets is enhanced, which improves the long-term effective rate of patients, reduces their clinical symptoms, and greatly facilitates the rehabilitation of patients with refractory Yin deficiency and fire thrombocytopenia. |
