Aplastic anemia is an acquired hematopoietic failure disease characterized by the abnormal activation of the immune system. Disruptions in the bone marrow hematopoietic microenvironment are closely linked to the development of AA, where interactions between abnormally activated immune cells and hematopoietic stem cells contribute to hematopoietic failure. This paper will focus on reviewing the pathological features of immune microenvironment dysregulation in the bone marrow of AA and the role of immune dysfunction in the disruption of the hematopoietic microenvironment. |
