      目的:观察超声引导下玻璃酸钠注射联合配穴超声波疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。 方法:选取60例KOA患者按就诊顺序随机分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组予超声引导下膝关节腔内玻璃酸钠注射,而观察组则在此基础上予配穴超声波治疗。治疗5w后,量化评估两组患者膝关节VAS评分、WOMAC量表评分和临床疗效,以及关节腔积液范围、滑膜厚度变化。 结果:(1)治疗5w后,两组患者VAS评分、WOMAC量表评分和关节腔积液,以及滑膜厚度,均低于治疗前(P <0.05),总有效率优于治疗前(P <0.05);(2)观察组患者VAS评分、WOMAC量表评分和关节腔积液,以及滑膜厚度,均低于对照组(P <0.05),总有效率优于对照组(P <0.05)。 结论:超声引导下玻璃酸钠注射联合配穴超声波疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎,能更有效地减轻KOA患者膝痛程度,改善膝关节功能,减轻膝关节炎症,提高康复疗效。

      Objective: To observe the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided sodium hyaluronate injection combined with ultrasound in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods: 60 patients with koa were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. In the control group, the group was given ultrasound to inject sodium glass acid into the knee, and the observation group was based on the ultrasonic treatment of the cavity. After the treatment of 5w, the quantitative evaluation of the knee vas score of the two groups was evaluated and the clinical efficacy of the womac scale, as well as the scope of the joint cavity and the thickness of the synovial thickness. Results: after the treatment of 5 weeks, the two groups of patients, the vas score, the womac scale and the joint cavity, and the thickness of the synovial membrane, were below the treatment before the treatment (p<0.05), the total efficiency was better than the treatment before the treatment. At the group, the womac scale of the group was rated and the amount of joint cavity and the thickness of the synovial membrane was lower than the control group (p<0.05), and the total efficiency was better than the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided sodium hyaluronate injection combined with acupoint ultrasound therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can more effectively reduce the degree of knee pain in KOA patients, improve knee joint function, reduce knee joint inflammation, and improve rehabilitation efficacy.
