Objective: To explore the clinical value of circumferential needling combined with opioid analgesics in the treatment of moderate and severe cancer pain in advanced lung cancer. Methods: A total of 62 patients with moderate to severe cancer pain in advanced lung cancer diagnosed and treated in Luoyuan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Fujian Province from April 2023~April 2024 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oxycodone hydrochloride extended-release tablets, and the experimental group was treated with circumferential needling method combined with opioid analgesics, and the clinical efficacy, pain level [visual analogue scale (VAS), pain concise assessment scale (BPI)], inflammatory factors [interleukin-1 (IL-1), interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)] and quality of life [European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Scale (EORTC) for Cancer Patients with Cancer] were compared QLQ C-30), Quality of Life Measurement Scale for Lung Cancer Patients (FACT-L)]. Results: The total effective rate of treatment was 93.55% in the experimental group, compared 74.19 in the control group (%), significantly higher(P<0.05), and the VAS and BPI scores in the experimental group were compared control group, significantly lower (P<0.05) after treatment, and the serum levels of IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α in the experimental group were compared control group, significantly lower (P<0.05). It was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion: Circumferential needling combined with opioid analgesics can improve the treatment effect of moderate to severe cancer pain in advanced lung cancer, achieve exact analgesic effect, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, and improve the quality of life of patients. |
