| 帕金森病（Parkinson’s disease，PD）是一种中老年常见的神经系统退行性疾病。随着我国人口老龄化不断加剧，其发病率和致残率已成为增长最快的神经系统疾病。目前，PD患者以多巴丝肼及左旋多巴等药物治疗为主，很多患者因不能耐受长期服用药物导致的不良反应被迫停药；部分PD患者选择脑深部电刺激术，在一定程度上可改善患者症状，亦面临手术费用偏高、不能控制疾病进展等问题；部分PD患者选择脑功能调控或者神经康复等治疗，但需长期坚持且见效较为缓慢，深感治疗方案选择困惑。临床中，强直少动型PD以老年或者晚期PD患者居多，因其主诉症状表现隐匿而容易出现漏诊、误诊。根据多年临床经验，我院采用从肝论治、针药并用治疗强直少动型PD取得较好疗效，为临床治疗强直少动型PD提供思路和方法。 |

| Abstract:Parkinson"s disease (PD) is a common neurological degenerative disease in middle and old age. With the increasing aging of our population, its morbidity and disability rate have become the fastest growing neurological diseases.At present, PD patients are mainly treated with drugs such as dopa serazid and levodopa, and many patients are forced to stop taking drugs due to adverse reactions caused by long-term drug use. Some PD patients choose deep brain stimulation, which can improve their symptoms to a certain extent, but also face problems such as high surgical cost and inability to control disease progression. Some PD patients choose brain function regulation or neurological rehabilitation treatment, but it needs long-term persistence and the effect is relatively slow, so they are deeply confused about the choice of treatment plan.In clinical practice, the majority of patients with ankylosis PD are elderly or advanced PD patients, and it is easy to miss diagnosis and misdiagnosis due to the hidden symptoms of their main complaints. According to many years of clinical experience, our hospital has achieved good curative effect in the treatment of myotonia and hypokinetic Parkinson"s disease by liver theory, acupuncture treatment combined with Chinese medicine decoction, which provides ideas and methods for clinical treatment of myotonia and hypokinetic Parkinson"s disease. |
