| 目的：旴江谢氏喉科流派在传统中医学领域具有举足轻重的作用。梳理其研究热点及前沿问题,为该流派研究提供参考,为地方医学流派传承提供数据支持。方法：利用中国知网检索旴江谢氏喉科相关文献,依赖Citespace软件对作者、机构、关键词绘制知识网络图谱并进行可视化分析;结果：共纳入文献300篇；旴江谢氏喉科领域核心作者11人,核心机构6家；关键词突现得到17个突现词,关键词聚类形成8个聚类标签,网络密度为0.0227,Q值>0.3,Mean Silhouette值>0.7。结论：旴江谢氏喉科研究热点早期从谢强教授临床经验过渡到旴江医学史探查和旴江医家喉科经验研究。近十年是研究热点爆发期。喉科特色疗法临床疗效与喉科相关疾病临床研究预测会是旴江谢氏喉科未来研究热点和趋势。 |

| Objective:SXujiang Xie’s laryngology plays a crucial role in the traditional Chinese medicine. Sorting out the research hotspots and cutting-edge issues of the Xujiang Xie"s laryngology can provide reference for the research of the Xujiang laryngology school, as well as data support for the inheritance of local medical schools. Method: Using CNKI to search for relevant literature on the Xujiang Xie"s laryngology, relying on Citespace software to draw a knowledge graph of authors, institutions, and keywords and conduct visual analysis; Result: A total of 300 articles were included. There were 11 core authors and 6 core institutions in Xujiang Xie"s laryngology. Keyword Emergence Obtains 17 Emergence Words. The keyword clustering forms 8 clustering labels, with a network density of 0.0227, the value of Q > 0.3, and the Mean Silhouette value > 0.7. Conclusion: The early focus of the research on Xujiang Xie"s laryngology is transitioning from Professor Xie Qiang"s clinical experience research to exploring the medical history of Xujiang and studying the experience of throat doctors in Xujiang. In the past decade, there has been an outbreak of research hotspots. The prediction of clinical efficacy of laryngeal specialty therapy and clinical research on Laryngeal related diseases will be a hot research trend in the future of Xujiang Xie"s laryngology. |
