| 摘要：目的 探讨子宫内膜癌中SOX2和STAT3的表达、相关性及其与临床病理之间的关系。 方法 采用免疫组化Elivision两步法，检测60例子宫内膜癌中SOX2、STAT3的表达情况，并分析它们之间的相关性及其与临床病理之间的关系。结果 SOX2、STAT3在子宫内膜癌中的呈阳性表达，阳性率分别为36.7%（22/60）、65.0%（39/60）。且在子宫内膜癌中SOX2与STAT3的表达呈正相关（r=0.268，p=0.038）。内膜癌中SOX2的表达与肿瘤分期相关（P=0.025）,与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及脉管癌栓无关，STAT3的表达与肿瘤分期、患者年龄、肿瘤大小、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及脉管癌栓均无关。结论 SOX2及STAT3的持续激活可能是子宫内膜癌发生发展的潜在机制。 |

| Objective To investigate the expression and correlation of SOX2 and STAT3 in endometrial cancer and the relationship between them and the clinical pathology. Method Using immunohistochemistry Elivision method to detect the expression of SOX2 and STAT3 in 60 cases of endometrial cancer, and analyzed their correlation and the relationship with clinical pathology. Results The expressions of SOX2 and STAT3 in endometrial cancer were positive , the positive rates is 36.7% (22/60) and 65.0% (39/60) rspectively.In endometrial cancer, the expression of SOX2 has positive correlation with STAT3 (r=0.268, p=0.038). The expression of SOX2 is related to clinical stage (P=0.014), and is not related to patient age, tumor size, invasion depth,lymph node metastasis and vascular cancer embolus. No significant correlation was observed between expression of STAT3 and clinical stage,patient age,tumor size,invasion depth,lymph node metastasis and vascular cancer embolus.Conclusion: The continuous activations of SOX2 and STAT3 may be the potential mechanism for the occurrence and development of endometrial cancer. |
