      目的:探讨头皮针联合重复经颅磁刺激技术在改善脑瘫患儿平衡功能和生活质量上的治疗实效性,量化疗效水平,并观察操作的安全性。方法 将2022年1月至2023年12月帐治的60例西医确诊痉挛型脑瘫(偏瘫)、中医辨证分型为肝肾亏虚证、气虚血瘀证、痰湿阻滞证的脑瘫患儿纳入研究,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组予单一头皮针治疗,试验组予头皮针联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果 试验组BBS评分、WeeFIM评分、PDMS-GM评分、FMFM评分均高于对照组,PedsQLTM评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组步长长于对照组,步宽窄于对照组,步速快于对照组;家属满意度试验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 头皮针联合重复经颅磁刺激技术治疗痉挛型小儿脑瘫,有助于促进患儿粗大运动和精细运动发育,改善患儿的平衡功能,提高患儿独立生活能力与生活质量,操作安全性理想。

      [Abstract]Purpose Exploring the therapeutic effectiveness of scalp acupuncture combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation technology in improving balance function and quality of life in children with cerebral palsy, quantifying the therapeutic effect level, and observing the safety of the operation.Method 90 children with spastic cerebral palsy (hemiplegia) diagnosed by Western medicine and diagnosed with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome, qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, and phlegm dampness obstruction syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine were included in the study, The patients were randomly divided into three groups of 30 cases each, control group 1 was given a single scalp needle treatment, control group 2 was given a single repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment. and treatment group was treated with scalp acupuncture combined with repeated TMS. The treatment effect is significant, and the operation safety is ideal.
