| 摘要：目的：探讨中药塌渍联合热奄包外敷干预混合痔术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法：选取2023年1月至2023年12月期间南昌市新建区人民医院肛肠外科接受混合痔外剥内扎术的60例患者，随机分为A、B组，每组各30例患者。A组给予中药塌渍联合热奄包外敷治疗，B组采用热水袋外敷治疗。对比两组临床疗效、首次排尿时间、排尿通畅状况、腹胀症状的情况。结果：A组治疗总有效率（93.3%）明显高于B组（60.00%），且A组在术后首次排尿时间、排尿通畅状况、腹胀症状方面的情况均优于B组，两组间的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：运用中药塌渍联合热奄包外敷可以更好地防治混合痔术后尿潴留，减轻术后尿潴留给患者带来的不适症状。 |

| Abstract：Objective: to explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine collapsing impregnation combined with external application of hot moringa pack to intervene in postoperative urinary retention of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods: 60 patients who underwent mixed hemorrhoid external stripping and internal ligation in the Department of Anus and Intestines of Xinjian District People"s Hospital of Nanchang City during 2023 were randomly divided into Group A and Group B， with 30 patients in each group. Group A was given traditional Chinese medicine collapsed impregnation combined with hot amphorasic packs for external treatment， and Group B was treated with hot towel for external application. Compare the clinical efficacy， time of first urination， urinary patency， abdominal distension symptoms and 10h postoperative catheterization rate of the two groups. RESULTS: The total effective rate of treatment in Group A (93.3%) was significantly higher than that in Group B (60.00%)， and the efficacy of Group A was better than that of Group B in terms of the time of the first postoperative micturition， the status of micturition patency， the symptoms of abdominal distension， and the rate of catheterization in the postoperative period of 10h， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant， (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: The use of traditional Chinese medicine collapsed impregnation combined with the external application of hot moringa packs can effectively prevent and control postoperative urinary retention of mixed hemorrhoids， and alleviate the uncomfortable symptoms caused by postoperative urinary retention. |
