| 目的 观察温通刮痧治疗在胫骨平台骨折术前消肿的临床疗效。方法 选择2022年1月-2023年12月本院骨科收治需要手术治疗的胫骨平台骨折患者60例，参照随机数字表分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30例。对照组采用七叶皂苷钠组治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗上增加温通刮痧治疗，比较两组治疗后临床疗效、患肢肿胀率、疼痛评分及术前消肿时间。结果 ①临床疗效。治疗组总有效率96.67%高于对照组总有效率83.33%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。②患肢肿胀率、疼痛评分。治疗组在治疗1天、治疗3天、治疗7天后患肢肿胀率、疼痛评分分别为(8.95±1.8)%、(9.15±1.98)%、(4.15±1.32)%；（5.17±1.97）分、（3.54±1.62）分、（2.58±1.05）分。对照组在治疗1天、治疗3天、治疗7天后患肢肿胀率、疼痛评分分别为(9.35±1.26)%、(10.12±1.68)%、(6.95±1.75)%；（6.21±1.83）分、（5.72±1.49）分、（4.05±1.48）分，两组患者在治疗不同时间点的患肢肿胀率、疼痛评分上，差异有统计学意义( P＜0.05)。③术前消肿时间。治疗组术前消肿时间短于对照组，分别为（6.31±1.48）天、（8.67±1.52）天，差异有统计学意义( P＜0.05)。结论 温通刮痧治疗能有效缓解胫骨平台骨折的肿胀，缩短术前消肿时间，减轻患者疼痛。 |

| To observe the clinical effect of warm moxibustion and scraping in the treatment of swelling before operation of tibial plateau fracture.Methods A total of 60 patients with plateau fractures were selected treated in the Department of Orthopedics of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023，were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sodium aescinate .The treatment group increased the warm moxibustion scraping treatment on the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy, limb swelling rate, pain score and preoperative swelling time were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results Clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group ( 96.67 % ) was higher than that of the control group ( 83.33 % ), and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05 ).Swelling rate and pain score of affected limb,the rate of limb swelling and scores of VAS in the treatment group after 1 day，3 days and 7 days of treatment were(8.95±1.8) %、(9.15±1.98 ) %、(4.15±1.32) %; (5.17 ± 1.97) , (3.54 ± 1.62) ,(2.58 ± 1.05) points.The rate of limb swelling and scores of VAS in the control group after 1 day，3 days and 7 days of treatment were( 9.35 ± 1.26) %, (10.12 ±1.68) %, (6.95 ±1.75)% ; (6.21±1.83) , (5.72±1.49) , (4.05 ± 1.48) points.There were significant differences in limb swelling rate and pain score between the two groups at different time points ( P < 0.05 ).Preoperative detumescence time ,The preoperative swelling time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group, which was ( 6.31±1.48) days and ( 8.67 ± 1.52 ) days, and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Warm moxibustion scraping treatment can effectively alleviate the swelling of tibial plateau fractures, shorten the preoperative swelling time, and reduce the pain of patients. |
