Methods: Search the clinical research literature on the treatment of non-liquefaction of semen by traditional Chinese medicine included in databases such as HowNet, Wanfang and Vip, select the prescription required for the study according to the inclusion criteria, enter it into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance system, and conduct statistical analysis on the taste, meridian tropism, efficacy, frequency and correlation between drugs of traditional Chinese medicine. Results: A total of 151 prescriptions were included, involving 196 traditional Chinese medicines. The top five drugs used frequently were Salvia miltiorrhiza, Cortex Phellodendri, Radix Rehmanniae, Glycyrrhizae and Radix Paeoniae rubra. The efficacy of drugs is mainly heat-clearing and tonifying; The medicine tastes sweet and bitter; Cold and warm are the most important drugs; Meridians mainly focus on kidney, liver and spleen. "Phellodendron chinense - Anemarrhena asphodeloides" has the highest frequency of occurrence; The drug combination with the highest confidence is "Anemarrhena, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata → Cortex Phellodendri"; Cluster analysis obtained five core clusters.
