| 目的:探讨 HOXD3 在宫颈癌组织中的表达水平及临床意义。 方法:采用免疫组化的方法检测 77 例宫颈组织石蜡标本中宫颈癌组织和正常宫颈组织中 HOXD3 的表达水平进行研究,分析 HOXD3 表达水平与宫颈癌患者临床病理参数的相关性。 结果:免疫组化结果显示, HOXD3 基因在正常组织、 CIN 、早期宫颈癌( IB1~IB2 期 )、局部 晚 期 ( IB3 期 )及 中 晚 期 ( II~III 期 )表 达 率 逐 步 升 高 ( P=0.001 )。 而 HOXD3 与 患 者 各 年 龄 段 的 表 达 无 明 显 差 异( P>0.05 )。 结论: HOXD3 在宫颈癌组织中的表达显著增加,并与宫颈癌的 FIGO 分期相关。 |

| Objective: To investigate the expression level of HOXD3 in cervical cancer tissue and its clinical significance. Methods: Using immunohistochemistry, the expression levels of HOXD3 were examined in 77 paraffin
-embedded cervical tissue samples, including cervical cancer tissue and normal cervical tissue. The correlation between HOXD3 expression level and clinical pathological parameters in cervical cancer patients was analyzed. Results: The results of immunohistochemistry showed that the expression rate of HOXD3 gene gradually increased in normal tissue, CIN, early cervical cancer (ⅠB1~ⅠB2 stage), local advanced stage (ⅠB3 stage) and mid-late stage (Ⅱ~Ⅲ stage) (P= 0.001). However, there was no significant difference in the expression of HOXD3 among different age patients(P＞0.05). Conclusion: The expression of HOXD3 was significantly increased in cervical cancer tissue, and was correlated with the Federation of International of Gynecologists and Obstetricians stage of cervical cancer. |
